How to Track When a Recruit Views Your Program
When a recruit logs into their NCSA profile, they have the ability to explore colleges across the country—including yours. If a recruit clicks on your specific school profile, this action is logged and flagged as "Viewed My Program."
Where to See "Viewed My Program"
You can easily track which recruits have shown interest in your program by visiting the "Viewed My Program" section of your Dashboard. This list shows athletes who have clicked into your school’s profile. To see additional recruits, simply click "Show More".
Filtering Your Search
-
Within the Search Experience, use the filter "Viewed My Program" to narrow your results to only those athletes who have interacted with your program. This allows you to prioritize outreach to recruits who have already expressed interest.
Eyeball Icon Indicator
-
The eyeball icon will appear if an athlete has viewed your program. It can be seen in the individual Dashboard athlete cards, Search, and Lists. If you hover over this eyeball icon it will provide information on when that athlete last viewed your program. If there is a number shown next to the eyeball icon that indicates the number of program views from that athlete if it greater than one view.
- While browsing through athlete profiles, look for the eyeball icon —this indicates that the recruit has viewed your program.
